What if my payment hasn’t gone through?

Unfortunately, sometimes payments don’t go through, and this might be caused by issues on either your or our end. If you can see that your credit card/PayPal account has been charged but the payment hasn’t appeared in your Shopfans account, please contact our support team at help@shopfans.com and we will resolve the issue.
